In terms of the font, that seems to be a site error, since it's only very recently been like that.

Also, I definitely agree with you about the writing being awkward (though I felt it improved by the second chapter and just got better and better from then on in). I'm not sure what you meant about the pacing being off though. I'm no expert, but it seemed fine to me. Out of curiosity, how much of the series did you actually read?

Disappointment
Seeing this page while browsing the fanfic rec page and after reading the page, I'd thought it would be an interesting read.
It wasn't.
Frankly, it was underwhelming.
The pacing was off, the font was horrible (seriously, reading a fic in all bold lettering is not fun) and the writing was just awkward and the jokes weren't funny at all.
It was dull and uninteresting and I'm really wishing I'd spent time reading something else.
