This game is fantastic. It's spiritual predecessor, Pandemic, was great as well, but more on the Played for Laughs side with things like the Madagascar meme. Plague Inc takes itself completely seriously, albeit with the occasional laughs on the Shout-Out side. Realistic symptoms and playing fields, along with perfectly accurate depictions of pandemics recognized by the CDC themselves and can be played with. It's not short on replay value either, with loads of disease types, scenarios, difficulty levels, cheats, and the achievements. Aside from it's difficulty, there is nigh nothing wrong with this game. If you don't have it, get it now. It's worth your time.
