Should we list him as a Jerkass Woobie? He's had feces sent to his house, been doxxed, been hacked, has wrongfully been flagged, and there are litterally DOZENS of youtube channels dedicated to ruining his life.

How? A Jerkass Woobie is supposed to be "An asshole you can sympathize with" Is Phil an asshole? Yes. Hell, we even call him a Jerkass in the YMMV section, and he's portrayed in the main page in a negative light. However, one cannot deny that many of the actions taken against him is downright sadistic. He's the perfect example of a Jerkass Woobie.

He's not a Jerkass Woobie because your example does not explain how he qualifies for that trope at all. All what you are listing are bad things happening to him.

Jerkass Woobie has two components: "He's a jerk" and "People are feeling sorry for him". Your writeup/explanation does not explain either aspect.

I think we're being a bit too kind on him for the MGS 1 playthrough. he's still pretty damn bad and annoying to boot and still blames everything on the wrong people/

Well, James Rolfe (the man behind the Angry Video Game Nerd) is a Creator, and he has a YMMV page. Like, seriously, what the hell?
I'll tell you what really happened; either one or both of the following:
1.) The moderators were clearly seeing that this TKOH page contained a lot of negativity and bashing (though rightfully so), thought that it was getting out of control, and deleted it in an attempt to stop said negativity.
2.) Several TKOH fanboys (i.e. - drones) kept complaining to the mods that their 'lord and savior' was being unfairly attacked on a regular basis, and they finally caved in (or got bribed, most likely) and deleted the page..
So basically, either delete James Rolfe's YMMV page, or re-instate TKOH's YMMV page. Show me...show us that you're not hypocrites.
