Really? Haven't read Whispers Underground yet, but I don't recall Dr Walid being treated as a target, and if there's a bullseye painted on James in Moon Over Soho I think it says "wannabe muso" rather than "Scottish"; all the Compton Street Irregulars get treated much the same. What have I missed?
