The Scrappy: Poor Yui... She is really hated in the West for stupid reasons. They go back and forth between victim-blaming - because Yui just ~let’s~ them drink her blood when apparently she should be Van Hellsing - and claiming that Yui doesn’t “deserve them” - which is like, no, no one deserves to be stuck with those jerks - what Yui deserves is a masseur and a one way plane ticket to somewhere with sandy beaches.

Poor format aside, this entire example comes off as over-simplifying the issues people have with her, and quite frankly, seems disingenuous. While yes, there are people that hate her due to whole 'victim blaming' thing, most of the hate I've seen is based around her consistently dubious decision making skills, and boring characterization.
