The image feels like a Zero Context Example and was obviously made by a fan. I think it should be replaced with an image of Project Dream (which was a prototype of Banjo Kazooie). Where is the Image Pickin' Discussion page?

Psychonauts - The entire second sub-bullet seems questionable to me. If I'm not wrong, Microsoft dropped the game because of a change in personnel, NOT because the game wasn't horror-y enough anymore, and honestly knowing Schafer I doubt the game wasn't funny to begin with. Does anyone have a reliable source for any of the information in this paragraph OTHER than the alpha trailer?

EA Silmarillion MMO? - This seems hugely unlikely to me, and is unsourced. It's widely known that Christopher Tolkien, the Professor's literary executor, hates the modern adaptations. Even LOTRO, which free-and-clear has the licenses to the Hobbit and LOTR, can't use a lot of names that appear only in the Silmarillion. Moreover, LOTRO was already in production, and holds the book-based license directly from the Saul Zaentz Company AKA Tolkien Enterprises, who hold the rights for the Hobbit and LOTR. In short, if they were worried about getting Star Wars, they should've been using a different IP - not one that was already locked up by another company or outright refused for licensing by its owner.
