I don't think it's quite specific enough to be a pun, though it is interesting. I was wondering if the design of the lead breezie was a possible Shout-Out to the Nac Mac Feegle from Terry Pratchett's Discworld. The Nac Mac Feegle are blue 'picsties', have Scottish accents and bad tempers, but are brave and loyal. Seabreeze embodies all those traits.

This will be the episode in which Fluttershy receives her Plot Coupon. I saw this coming earlier this week when I looked at the episode pacing, but I figured I'd make my prediction official.

Possible new Stealth Pun. It may be a bit of a stretch, but one real world accent that falls between a Scottish and Scandinavian accent is the Shetland accent, a series of Scottish islands famed for their particularly small ponies...
