I have met people in real life who would fit the Sugar-and-Ice Personality trope. However, I have no idea what they would call this in real life (I am not referring to anyone with multiple personality disorder or borderline personality disorder or any other sort of psychological disorder).
Does anyone know anything about how this occurs with real people in real life or what it might be called (so that I can research it on my own)?
