According to www.lyricsfreak.com, www.lyricsmode.com and www.metrolyrics.com "spectrum" does occur in the song. So the song is not an example of Non-Appearing Title.
Please do not edit war. When a change gets reverted and you are sure that is not correct, try to work out the issue in discussion: PMs, here or in an appropriate thread. If that doesn't work, get help: Ask The Tropers or another venue.
It's best to always give an edit reason, particularly when removing material. A solid edit reason can stop problems before they start.
Is there any way we can get rid of that "Music." tab? It's clutter that leads to the Music disambiguation page when clicked on, and I can't get it cutlisted because it says it doesn't exist as a page.
