Even though this page is titled for the first series, there are a lot of tropes on this page that refer exclusively to the sequel Koi Dano Ai Dano. Can we expand the scope of this page to include KDAD? (Another option is to split off the KDAD tropes into their own page, but I don't think there would be enough tropes left on this page.)

Why don't we just change the title from "secret notes of Lady Kanoko" to "koi dano ai dano"?

Because the current is the title of the English release. Which gets priority over other titles.
