"Vampires usually have powers that seem tailor made for Jury and Witness Tampering, in addition to most people living with SunnydaleSyndrome. Because of that, getting any charges to stick on them during trial in a mundane court of law is nigh impossible. That's where I come in. I investigate claims of criminal activity, and if needed, pass sentence for crimes committed. Not all sentences I hand out are death sentences, but I will pass these if it is the only option. If you're just a slightly odd person whom only leaves at night and get blood from volunteer blood donors, please carry on, I have nothing against you."
