That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.
I don't remember much of BLOSC, but that episode where many organic characters melt and merge into these blobs, "The Crawling Flesh", is something that still makes me uncomfortable ever since then. That concept is something that scares me, especially after that Netflix series called Stranger Things has an episode where two characters dissolve into blobs and merge, which is either worse or better (worse in the case in that these blobs look like living, featureless oozing piles of raw meat; better in the case in that these blobs merge and briefly reshape themselves into an even more horrifying monster, which isn't saying much). The concept of multiple beings dissolving into blobs and merging to become something gross and/or horrifying is something I feel quite uncomfortable about.
