This should absolutely not have anything but in-universe examples. Saying a translator has "an agenda" is absurdly inflammatory subject matter.

What is this Harry Bosco thing? When I google it, all I find is some Google discussion linking to this page. Is this a joke?

"Harry Bosco" is mentioned in Torchwood as a CIA agent who intentionally mistranslated Viet Cong broadcasts to give a misleading impression of how well the Vietnam War was going. As a result "Harry Bosco" is used as a term for such a process. I have no idea if any of this is true outside the Whoniverse, though.

I wanted to add an example involving the Quran (as discussed here: http://theamericanmuslim.org/tam.php/features/articles/through_the_looking_glass_hilali_khan_quran_translation). Should I put it in Literature or Literature - Translations of the Bible?
