Jeesus, guys, the description is a little much, don't you think? I feel like it's being read by someone with a flashlight held under their chin.

Agreed. Can we get a revision by someone who isn't trying to freak everyone out?

I might've gone slightly overboard. The intention was for the description to represent the trope by trying to invoke the same sort of irrational horror which the Topic of Cancer is about.

"We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried. Most people were silent."

Since there is no trope page for "characters or real-life people who have cancer" can we cut all the creepypasta descriptions? It feels really weird reading about how this disease will turn you into something inhuman and make your family wish you were dead.

If this page isn't about actual cancer (for some reason linked to people sitting on chairs?), but the metaphorical use of it, can we kep the description for how it works and how much chemo sucks, and then just how fiction likes to invoke it ?
