A rebel leader getting rescued by a Stormtrooper should result in this trope, but Leia's not scared and Luke's not scary.

Also, I think the whole "I'm Luke Skywalker, I'm here to save you" has become something of a memetic kindly-hero thing (at least when coming out of Mark Hamill's mouth), which defuses the situation in hindsight. Even without hindsight, that line just makes it clear that he's adorably harmless.
