This page seems abandoned and this book seems more than a little full of itself, but... the third Messiah type is interesting, because it seems to describe Shiro from K so perfectly.
I also think this author is being a little forward in assuming every Messiah is out to save a completely Crapsack World - Lelouch is definitely the second type, but he does love a lot of people who happen to be in the first two groups - his friends at school, his sisters, his mother. he only hates Cornelia and Schneizel because he thinks they killed his mother - he would much rather stop them without killing them if it weren't for that - as he does in the end.
