Re cut: I support the cut request. Not only because we are trying to limit the UsefulNotes/ namespace so that it doesn't become just a Wikipedia clone by asking pages to list at least 3 works in which the subject of the Useful Notes page comes up, this one is in the wrong namespace as well.
