Hey could someone make the title Smash Your Stringed Instrument a redirect?
Does anyone knows of trope, or closest approximation, when someone (usually a bad misician) is stricken non-lethally with a string instrument (often their own, and often a guitar but not always), ending with the latter hanging around their head or neck? In Russian it's called a "Spanish Collar", no idea about other languages.
