Wouldn't the distaff version be "With a Bra On" - As popularized by Sex & the City and every actress with an anti-nudity clause in her contract.

That main paragraph is so long, it's kinda scary...think it could be split up?
Whoever added the Kuroshitsuji reference must not be a hardcore fan -_-. He literally only used his hands on Beast and never actually had sex with her. It's more attuned to his character to keep his clothes on either way I think.
The anime isn't anything to go by... it's simply fan service and funny rather than actual story... or the actual story past episode two. He kept his clothes on in the anime because it was meant to be a funny moment not an intimate one, which would have been fan disservice. (and that scene was unrealistic and a blatant attempt to create humor + make him seem promiscuous. He could have asked for information; she wasn't hiding it.)
