In my experience, this happens with anime figures sometimes. (In particular, the Yu-Gi-Oh! Kotobukiya figures come with extra miniature figures or props if you preorder them.) I'd add it as an example, but "collectible figurine" isn't really a fiction genre. Would it be considered an anime example, or miscellaneous, or does it not belong here at all?

It doesn't belong there at all, because we don't do "general medium examples" as described in How to Write an Example. A brief note in the description is OK though.
