Is this becoming (or has it become) more common for television episodes? It kind of seems like it is, but I'm not all that familiar with most of television.

The example for "a title that's two words written as one" is "Exosquad", which...isn't. Exo isn't a word, it's a prefix, which makes this a perfectly legitimate new word. Heck, even trying to decide the difference between "two words written as one" and "a compound word" is an exercise in futility. I personally don't really see a difference, so someone else may want to fix this.
