Can someone explain what the MLEP is in the motivational poster?

I have an Anime/Manga example that I believe fits, but I don't know whether or not I should add it here. I personally think Ciel and Sebastian from Black Butler should be here. Or Alois and Claude. (And yes, I am a yaoi fangirl.)
