I removed this weird thing from the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure example. For some reason, after listing Jotaro and his "ORA ORA!", the example lists every other anime character who yell "ORA" before returning to talking about Jojo.

• This one is used in many anime. It is a sort of anime battle grunt, used mostly by the Hot-Blooded when they are striking multiple times consecutively.
• Kintolesky also pulls it off, in a little moment of Actor Allusion.
• Kittan does it as well.
• Likewise EnRyu in GaoGaiGar, listen closely whenever he rapid-fires his weapon. It sometimes carries over to Cho Ryu Jin, too.
• ...and Subaru Ryoko of Martian Successor Nadesico.
• You can throw Sonic the Werehog into this as well. Your evidence is here - just watch the QTEs.
• And in fact Knuckles the Echidna did it first in the Sonic Adventure titles.
• Nyarko does both this and ORAORAORA as deliberate Shout Outs, since she's a massive Otaku.
• Yusuke Urameshi also does this, to the point where more than one video game has given him a Rapid-Fire Fisticuffs attack that's named "Ora Ora Ora", much like Jotaro.

I think the trope is better called "Power Up Scream." It's straight to the point and doesn't involve Gratuitous Japanese.
