Would anyone object if I changed the page image to Elsa's castle from Frozen?

Well, yes. You should propose that in Image Pickin'.

Yes, because there was totally a note saying that this needs to go through Image Pickin'.

Oh, wait!

I brought it here first because there wasn't a note saying it needed to go through image pickin'.

But thanks for the condescension, anyway!

Edit: Sorry for the snark, but your tone really pissed me off. Nowhere does it say that all image changes must go through Image Pickin'; only the ones that have already been decided by that forum. As far as I knew, the appropriate course for those that hadn't gone through IP was to bring it to the discussion, which I did. If all image changes should go through IP, it should plainly say so.

Now, I ask again: what do you tropers think about changing the image to Elsa's ice castle from Frozen?

OK, OK, pardon the tone. That forum exists specifically for such discussion. There is a good chance that someone will take the issue there if it gets changed because of a discussion elsewhere.

Anyhow, I still object, mainly because all the images I see on the Google search look more like glass than ice.

Lale: Ice palaces appear in plenty of works outside of video games. The Snow Queen lives in one, Santa Claus often lives in one, the villain in Santa Clausis Coming To Town initially lives in one, the Northern Water Tribe has one in Avatar The Last Airbender if I remember correctly... so what do we do with non-video game examples?

Make categories for them, and index the trope to make clear that it isn't videogame-only.
