Just so we're clear in the future: should the word "the" at the beginning of trope names be ignored for alphabetizing purposes? Was I right in rearranging the index so it was? I think it's much more customary if it is.

This is really old and stuff but in case anyone in the future (and maybe the past) ever wanted to know the answer to the question above: articles, whether definite or indefinite, are ignored in alphabetizing. This means "the", "a", and "an" are ignored.

The wiki tends to not ignore indefinite articles though. Just look around on the page in question, though.
