Long story short: they aren't the same thing. Good Bad Bugs is YMMV because it's about the audience reception of a bug, which is inherently subjective, rather than the fact that the bug simply is there, while a bug that makes the game unplayable is not subjective.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAre glitches from a tool assisted speedrun considered fair game? For example, being able to do an effect but the chances are so astronomically high that a normal playthrough might not see them.
Anyone know why there are Metal Gear Solid entries on the Mech subpage? I've never played the games (which is why I haven't moved them yet), but I was under the impression that they're more action-adventure/stealth/third person shooter/interactive movie than anything involving Mechs.
Edited by battosaijoeWhat would one consider Metroid Prime? Adventure, or FPS, or something else?
Update to the Donkey Kong Country "button mash" Glitch - it is also used in 100% runs, to skip part of the level you are warped to.

So if they're effectively the same thing except one is good and the other is bad, why is this trope considered YMMV and Game-Breaking Bug considered Main?
