As pointed out multiple times, this trope can't decide between "heroic characters have clean and pure sex" and "heroic characters have a lot of sex/have very pleasurable sex". Case in point, compare the Laconic page to the page quote.

This trope needs to be split in two. Like the other guy said, it' s confusing; is it that "Good people have pure, clean sex" or "Good people have amazing sex"?

The trope is confusing, but the general concept seems to be that there's an ideal type of sex that good people engage in, and it's simultaneously "clean" (inasmuch as sexual activity can be clean) and completely fulfilling.
