Does Hawaa from Project Runway Junior count? She was in the bottom three times, but wasn't eliminated until the finale, whereas other contestants would land in the bottom once and get eliminated. The judge's lack of willingness to eliminate Hawaa from the show was not a popular choice among the show's fans.

I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting Agency

Was the addition to the description discussed/approved anywhere? If not, it seems like it would be more appropriate to put up a YKTTW for a new trope. Looking at the edit, it seems like one specific person trying to justify putting in an example by altering the trope definition to make it fit.

The title might need to be changed for clarity, but that's a separate issue.
