The Wii game, Xenoblade Chronicles if you switch the audio to japanese, you hear the characters names in Japanese. but the subtitles called them by their English dub names.

The Shout Factory releases of the Japanese-original Transformers series (The Headmasters, Masterforce, Victory) were mandated by Hasbro to use the names of American toys rather than the names spoken (with Ginrai as the main exception). Not sure if this fits this trope as the (non-American) English dub of these was not included.
