Klatchian Coffee: Caffeine makes a character more alert and/or energetic.

That's not really it, though. Klatchian Coffee is specifically about the drink itself being something beyond regular coffee, in the same way as a Gargle Blaster is something beyond regular alcohol. It can make the drinker alert or energetic (although the Trope Namer is only shown to make them very, very sober), but as a description, this is like defining Gargle Blaster as "alcohol makes a character drunk".

A better disambig might be:

Klatchian Coffee: An extremely caffeinated drink has an instant and noticable effect on a character.
