Sykevers also know as Nightwalkers which are from the Pathfinder RPG have arms that end in massive blades. The D&D version of the Nightwalkers do not have their arms ending massive blades.

The MMO Champions Online lets you replace one or both of your hands with a spiked mace, Roin’esh axe, Roin’esh sword, or Roin’esh gun. Instead of a right hand Reaper's (Champions RPG Villains) right arm terminates in a vicious-looking sicklelike weapon made of dark steel.
