The lack of spoiler tags up until I fixed it a few weeks ago was truly horrifying. Over half the book was spoiled. The book's first conflict is about Kafka avoiding the prophecy his father made. Putting unmarked tropes that confirm the prophecy comes true spoils the conflict.
It’s all fixed now, but I ask that in general when dealing with Murakami, its better safe than spoiled.
