Apparently Inky 100 has split up the first-letter folders into many smaller folders. Should this have been done? I'm not sure whether it should be reverted, since it is not consistent with any of the others (apart from S to T, which Inky 100 also split up).

I'm ambivalent here honestly, I think this page is certainly long but probably not long enough to need subletter folders.

I reverted it back for now, but if people agree that they should be split up then they can be split up again.
Removed from main page, as there is a cleanup effort on BluenoseBowdlerizer underway and I am not sure what to do with this entry:
- A Bluenose Bowdlerizer is not a bowdlerizer from Nova Scotia.
- Well, not necessarily, anyway...
- Nor does it have anything to do with a certain reindeer pirate.
- Nor is it a bowdlerizer who literally has a blue nose.
