Are any of these spoilers necessary? This page is covered in them and most of them seem to be for no reason, except trying to hide the punchline (which normally fails anyway, and kind of destroys the point of being on this page)

If I remember correctly, these kinds of pages are spoilers-off pages. They took off all the spoilers for those kinds of pages in RWBY already.

Would it be okay to make a section just for the transitions?

That sounds like a good idea. Right now they're just kind of buried as random notes on other examples.

Do we really need to spoiler out Penny in the entries for Vol 2 (specifically on the 'Funny' page)? She's in all the promos, and is in the thumbnail for her own intro and in episode 1. Besides, anybody familiar with RWBY would see the unspoilered parts of the entries, and know exactly who it is.

I agree. In fact, not realizing this was under discussion, I took out spoilers specific to Penny's presence (though left any pertaining to punchlines)
