Ellie is shown falling in love with a 14-year-old Jack, as he's playing Wonderwall, by Oasis. By Oasis doesn't exist in the new timeline. So what does Ellie remember Jack playing? Some other song? She weirdly can't remember because Wonderwall doesn't exist in her timeline?
