Should the term "Arrow Verse" refer to shows set in completely different universes, such as Supergirl or the original Flash? I assumed that "Arrow Verse" is an interchangeable term for Earth-1, where the 5 or so series are set.

The law firm of Weathersby-Stone was mentioned in passing in The Flash episode "The Man Who Saved Central City". Does that mean that Eli Stone is retroactively part of the Arrowverse?

No. There could be a Weathersby-Stone law firm in every universe, but unless Eli himself appears, it doesn't counts.
Right now the Recap page just lists all the series that take place in the Arrowverse, which isn't really all that different from the main page. Should there be something like the MCU Recap page, where the episodes in the Arrowverse setting are put in chronological order or something?
