Femme Fatale: Peter is a male example, an homme fatal (he seems to be about eighteen or nineteen, so a bit too old to be a Fille Fatale); as, whether or not his feelings for Phil were genuine, he still takes advantage of Phil's feelings for him to draw him in, quasi-seduce him, and eventually murder him.
Peter is really nothing like a femme fatale, whatever his gender. He may have one scene of understated sexual charge with Phil and ultimately murder him, but nothing in his characterization is anything like a femme fatale, and his role in the story is completely unlike that trope.
