There is no fix for this issue, alas. Custom Title spread across all namespaces in a given title. You might want to mention it in the Wiki Tech Wish List, though.

Why does the title at the top say "Film: M.A.S.K."? I came to this page and dismissed it, thinking it was a page for the animated series "M.A.S.K.". It was only when I came back, and started reading the page, did I realize it's the correct page with the wrong title.
I would have fixed it myself, but I don't know how.
