Other than the absolutely basic that we must have on a trope page? If it doesn't have a trope list, and I can't even see much that I get can out of the description, then it isn't staying.
Oh yeah and this has got to happen on a page that was abandoned, lost its creation history and blanked by someone who was either its creator or who thought "Ooh, no trope list, we don't keep those around, do we?".

Pettanko is not a trope. UsefulNotes.Pettanko is a fanspeak term definition only. The tropes are A-Cup Angst (girl is sensitive about her lack of size) or Petite Pride (girl is proud of her flat-chestedness). Anything else is not a trope. Please return this example to the page under the correct trope if (and only if) it fits one of those two tropes.
