Should Keiichi's revealing swimwear (in the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni section) be included here? I for one thought that the OVA provided a rare example of equal-opportunity fanservice in an anime Pool Scene.
I'm thinking that the Code Geass examples (besides Table-kun) need to be removed. They boil down to "this would be hot, but the art-style makes it look ugly", when this trope is supposed to be about "this would be hot, but the circumstances make it really creepy".
