Just want you to know that this page has a little Cowboy Bebop itself - there isn't a university in Dublin called Dublin University. Since I'm from Dublin, I know all the colleges there, and I think the Ronnie Hazlehurst entry might be referring to either Dublin City University (DCU), or University College Dublin (UCD). However, after a bit of research, I couldn't find which college Shane Fitzgerald attended. It may just be a case of improper capitalisation.

1,000 years from now there will be no guys and no girls, just wankers.

  • Referring to the internet as "the internets" and similar. Ian Hislop (probably) parodied this with "The You Tube" on Have I Got News for You.
    • Derived from this is referring to any website as "the [name of site]", such as "the Twitter". Bonus points for needlessly pluralizing it.

Isn't this almost always done on purpose, mainly referring to a George W. Bush speech?

I've looked up Castello's website and I couldn't find any mention of Darth Vader being referred to specifically as a good guy. Should this part of the entry (third to last as I'm writing this) stay?

Removed a This Troper example:

  • Not really sure if this counts but back in 2008, this troper went to school dressed as Dilbert for World Book Day and won the prize for best costume in his year group. Said prize was to be in a photograph with the other 6 winners that would be included in the newspaper. Said newspaper then attributed his costume as Dilbert from The Simpsons. Epic Fail indeed.
