That would indeed be a good idea. There could even be a case of putting spoiler-tagged links to the antagonists page for each of the characters that we get to know a good deal about before we learn of their villainous natures.

I have a proposal, which I may implement when I have the time:
Just about all of Iruma's antagonists happen to be Walking Spoilers, and their villainy is more or less revealed by surprise. However, they also have entries on other character pages, which are mentioned to be spoiler heavy. This warning itself spoils the fact that there's more than meets the eye with them. However, we can't just remove them, either - new people would wonder why they don't appear in the page and would then figure out that he's an antagonist.
My solution would be for the character entries outside the Antagonists page to only contain tropes that don't spoil their true nature. The Antagonists page would then contain their full bio of tropes, before and after the reveal. Maybe some spoiler tags for stuff they do far after they're introduced.
Example: Baal's page in Other Charcters would mention the fact that he's one of the 13 Crowns, as well as some tropes pertaining to his basic personality, abilities, and relationship with other members. Baal's page in Antagonists would talk about both that and... everything else (basically how he's the Big Bad of the series.)
