Where did the name "Fabio" come from for this page? As far as I can tell, the dummy is a pure case of Hello, [Insert Name Here] and he didn't have a name before Frisk came around.

I seem to remember there being a mention of the name Fabio, but I really can't remember where. The portrait files for them are labelled "fabio1%[2]", so it's at least a name that Zizou has used for them at some point.

Oh, I looked it up. Apparently, there's also a Discord interaction in which Zizou clarified some character relationships, and he used the name "Fabio" in his responses. [1]
