While it is possible for a type IV character to qualify as Chaotic Good( see Loveable Rogue) I really don't think he qualifies as, well, he is the trope namer for a specific type of torture.

just to clarify a lovable rogue varies from type II (Robin Hood) and type V (bender) and most often are chaotic neutral.

I'm wondering about the organization of characters. Should we split them up into the Counter-Terrorist Unit, United States Government, and whatever can fill the gap for other characters and antagonists?
