Brennan Lee Mulligan (born January 4, 1988) is an American comedian, actor, writer, and gamemaster. After working as lead story writer and performer for the live action role-playing summer camp The Wayfinder Experience as a teen, he moved on teaching and performing at the Upright Citizen's Brigade, leading him to work for CollegeHumor.

There he came to fame putting his writing, acting, and improvisation skills to use as a sketch writer, performer; and as gamemaster for their actual play web series, Dimension 20. Since then, he has also DM'ed Critical Role's prequel Exandria Unlimited: Calamity, and launched in March of 2023 the Actual Play Tabletop RPG podcast anthology Worlds Beyond Number with fellow TTRPG veterans Aabria Iyengar, Erika Ishii, and Lou Wilson.

He also doubles as the writer to the superhero webcomic Strong Female Protagonist, alongside artist Molly Ostertag.
