Noodle Incident: In the after-mission report to "The Benevolent Conspiracies," she irritably mentions that she "nearly wore out a pair of kneepads over that shit (Sarge) pulled in Khartoum."

This is ... not a Noodle Incident. You're not expected to be able to tell what a Noodle Incident was by what was said; that's the trope's definition.

Umm ..."Wearing out a pair of kneepads" is, ehrm, a specific sexual reference to, um, performing that act of fellatio multiple times, in this case most likely metaphorically (a slightly less vulgar metaphor would be "kissing a lot of ass").

I'm not sure what this ends up being, but it's not Noodle Incident because it's supposed to be self-evident what she's talking about.

A: Pretty sure that it's actually referring to being punished by having to do manual labor, usually floor scrubbing.

B: The Noodle Incident here isn't the kneepads, but the "shit pulled in Khartoum." Though Noodle Implements should be cut.
