Informed Attractiveness is actually just "the work tells you this character is attractive". Informed because everyone on TV is generally better looking than average, so the actually pretty ones need pointing out. It is irrespective of age and is not supposed to be for whether or not the audience actually finds the characters attractive.
Informed Attractiveness seems highly inappropriate for a character in middle school.
