Owing to the fact that that is true, and how important she has become to the plot, it not only makes sense to move her there, but also makes no sense to keep her in a generalized "everyone else" page as she is now. Therefore, I agree with Raxis.
Also, should we even call the Eye of the Moon Plan a facet of the Akatsuki in the first place? They seem to deliberately be a completely different faction once they form up.
Agreed on both fronts. Akatsuki was the pawn of the Moon's Eye Plan group.
Ashura is the direct transcription of the name from katakana. The Naruto wiki went with changing his name to Asura to reflect the use of the sanskrit spelling of Indra's name. Should we do the same?

Tajima Uchiha isn't from another village. He's from the Uchiha Clan, which became one of the main Clans of the Leaf Village before it died.
If Izuna Uchiha can get a spot on the page, then Tajima deserves one as well.
And the "Others from the Leaf Village" is getting so large that it will be split soon anyway. That will make there be a page for "The Uchiha Clan", and it's obvious who should go there.

Tajima isn't from the Leaf. Izuna gets a place there because he was a part of the Leaf before he died. At least I think he was. Tajima was killed long before that point and if Izuna also died before the Leaf was founded then he should be moved here as well.
Just because the Uchihas founded the village doesn't mean that every Uchiha ever was part of it. By that logic the Sage of Six Paths would be a Leaf village member.
When and if the Uchiha clan gets split into its own page, Tajima can be moved, but until that happens, Tajima isn't part of the Leaf.
EDIT: A reread Chapter 624 establishes that Izuna wasn't part of the Leaf either. :)

Now that Kaguya's taken a more active role, I don't think we can keep her on other characters anymore. I vote we move her to the Eye of the Moon section under Akatsuki, since she appears to be the truly true mastermind behind the plan.
