Is the waif blind? I really didn't notice anything on the show indicating it, but she's listed as such here.

I didn't notice it either. I assumed I missed something so I let it slide. But if anyone wants to check and correct it, be my guest.

I have a sneaking suspicion that she's blind in the books, and someone assumed she was blind in the show. I'll have to rewatch her intro episode.

She is blind. Remember the scene in "High Sparrow" where she enters Aryas room — she walks from the door in a straight line with a cane in her hand, turns after a couple of steps while Arya stares at her. Arya asks her what she is doing there, and once The Waif hears her voice she zones in on Arya, stands before her and starts talking to her. And then beats the shit out of her with her cane.

I'm increasingly thinking she's not blind. That opening scene might be a Mythology Gag, but given she's never shown with a cane again and she doesn't have Blank White Eyes, I don't think she's actually blind.

Pretty confident we can say she's not blind at this point.

Instead of putting something like "Though it's heavily implied he's not the same man Arya met at Harrenhall" under every single season 5 entry about Jaqen H'gar, why not seperate them into two characters?

Its an unusual situation I know, but I am against separation. In the books, Jaqen H'ghar has taken another identity and that guy has adventures in Book 4, so unless he, that face in particular, plays a part in later episodes, there should be no separation.

I see it this way: "Jaqen H'Ghar" is a Faceless Man that Arya befriended in Season 2. "Jaqen H'Ghar" is a Faceless Man that became Aryas mentor in Season 5. The fact that they are different individuals underneath that name and face has nothing to do with anything since, per their ideology as true believers of the Many Faced God, there is no different individual or name underneath the Mask or Name.

Yeah, I think rather than referencing it repeatedly, an entry under Collective Identity and a reference to it in his description to it might be the best way to go.

Is Jaqen H'ghar an Priest of the Many Faced God, or an Operative for the Faceless Men?

Its not mentioned in the shows so far what he is. But he's not a priest from what I see. From the books, the Faceless Men have no priests because the Many-Faced God is death and as such needs no priest. They aren't really a religion in the tradition sense, they don't proseltyize (I would think a Death Cult would be hard to get converts) and they don't have sermons. It's more lika a secret society. They predate Braavos and were located in Valyria's slave mines (and its implied strongly that they were the ones who started the Doom of Valyria in the books). The Many-Faced God have deities and idols from other religions because they think that all religion is really about death
