I'm not liking the main characters spread all over the page. I'd suggest to put the playable characters and major antagonists (Alma, Fettel, and the Creep) under one folder, and then list their names if necessary on the other subheadings as applies (i.e. leave the point man's name where it is currently listed under the us army folder, but move the profile up to the top).
That way, anyone could get a feel for FEAR at a glance.

Hey guys, I think we should put a note under the profiles which are "name-fillers", like putting something says "see Major Antagonists folder" under the Alma profile under the "Independent" folder? Coz I was adding examples to it for two days before I realised what it actually is.
I Got Better has been renamed to Unexplained Recovery. Given this example, I can't tell if it fits under the new trope definition. Leaving it here for anyone who knows more about the game.
